GET THE BABY CeraVe!!
CeraVe lotion came highly recommended to me and I was about to complete the transaction until I read the ingredients. PARABENS are used in this lotion. Other countries have long banned it due to it being Cancer causing. HOWEVER, the CeraVe made for babies DOES NOT contain Parabens! What??? You can make it for babies without but for adults you can’t? It’s the same lotion so do yourself a favor and buy the one for babies. It is a little more of course because they took somehing OUT (go figure) and its healthier so you are going to pay for that because anything healthier you do which is a whole other irritating subject.The lotion is great, very mild if no scent, softens your skin, no residue, no greasy feel. I use it on my face and anywhere that is dry. My skin thanks me. CeraVe just needs to get it together and take out the Parabens, adults are important too!

Had no allergic reaction to this product. No scent to the lotion. Absorbs well and no sticky after feel. Worked wonders for the baby’s and my eczema on my arms, body and legs. I sometimes use it as a facial lotion. Did not give me any pimple or flare ups on the face either. But I feel its bit heavy to be used as a daily face lotion in the summer heat. I also bought the cream version. That’s just as good, but thicker consistency.

I wanted a dupe of a Korean lotion that’s pretty popular for babies with dry skin/eczema.We’ve tried oatmeal lotions but my son had an allergic reaction to it.This wasn’t bad, but I don’t feel like it’s that moisturizing. Doesn’t last long
Bought this for my 14 month-old as she has eczema, at the recommendation of her pediatrician’s office (they gave us samples). At first I loved this stuff – it glides on very well, leaves a nice feel on my hands and her skin, and doesn’t have a clinical or bad scent. However, it didn’t seem to repair the skin at all. I was using tons of it and just assumed her eczema is really that bad (it’s winter after all and the pediatrician said her skin would be worse). Then we went to the dermatologist – I almost didn’t because the CeraVe was at least sort of doing something better than the generic gentle lotions we got from Meijer and Walmart, but I’m so glad we did. While the dermatologist did prescribe a medicated ointment to be used occasionally for bad flair-ups, he recommended Vanicream for everyday use. That stuff has been a game-changer. Vanicream (the regular is exactly the same as the one labeled for babies – I verified by contacting the company directly) doesn’t feel as nice going on, but her skin is like butter for the first time in her short life. I still thought CeraVe was probably a decent product, so decided to use the CeraVe for myself rather than tossing it. I used it primarily for my hands, and that’s when I saw how quickly my hands dry out again. It wasn’t her eczema; it’s a failing of the product. Within an hour of use my hands look like I didn’t use it at all. So no, I don’t recommend this product for dry skin, unless you’re willing to reapply many times per day.

Great lotion
My husband has a hard time using lotion due to the oils in them. He has dry skin due to not using lotion so I decided to order this Cerave baby lotion. To my surprise my husband loves this lotion it is not sticky, not oily (so it doesn’t bother his eyes) and is moisturizing.

Gentle, Fragrance-Free Moisturizer
As someone who uses CeraVe herself, I was excited to find that they also had a baby line. I purchased the lotion, shampoo/body wash, and cream for our newborn and have been very pleased! The lotion is moisturizing, even during the dry Midwest winters, but lacks the caked or greasy feeling. Effective and lightweight! The shampoo/body wash has done well at cleaning our little one, leaving him looking and smelling squeaky clean! The cream I use on our little one’s cheeks, as he has mild eczema. I purchased both Eucerin baby eczema cream and the baby Cerave cream, and I tested one on each cheek for a few days. Results were the exact same, hydrating and healing the mild eczema into smooth, kissable cheeks. Overall, I am very pleased with the CeraVe baby products! They are effective, safe for babies, recommended by dermatologists (actually…), and are fragrance free, so great for sensitive skin!

My baby’s pediatrician recommended this to get his eczema prone skin to heal better, along with an eczema med. Soon after the few stubborn eczema spots on his body healed, I kept using this lotion in addition to petroleum jelly to help keep his skin moisturized and protected. I must say it has worked wonders on his skin. I do apply it few times a day, but then the weather has been really dry and his skin has always been on the dry side. I try to use all natural products with plant derived ingredients most times, but this lotion I really swear by! No other lotion has been able to heal his skin like this one and I have used aveeno, babyganics, baby bee etc. and as much as I think they are good, they weren’t enough to combat his skin’s dryness. It spreads easily and gets absorbed very quickly. Isnt heavy at all and my baby’s skin feels so soft and smooth. Once I did get a bottle ( from walmart) that has small white beads in it and the lotion wasn’t looking very smooth. But it was the last bottle in the shop So i just went ahead and used it nevertheless. It didn’t feel any different and was equally good as the smooth lotion. So in case u end up getting a batch thatmay have small white beads in it, I think it can still b safely used with no reduction in quality. Definitely recommend this lotion!

update:26 March 2017Second time I used it, it stung.Now it’s true it doesn’t sting all the time but nor does it calm my skin down that much .I searched high and low for this product , with the specific ingredients etc, no preservatives etc.Guess what?Checked the bottle and the ingredients list?In between the emulsifying wax and the niacinamide? Phenoxyethanol. Preservative. High on the list.On the picture here on Amazon the ingredient is completely missing.Trust meI have taken a picture and I need to download it on my computer and bla bla but trust me I’m telling the truth.Very deceitful…………………………………………………………………………………….So.First time I ordered from Amazon.com and not from Amazon.co.uk from Sweden as the product I wanted was not available for shipping directly to Sweden via the uk one.Was rather wary , to say the least, was wondering how much extra I would have to wait, additional customs etc. that would be added on once I had to pick the parcel up..would it ever arrive?.. but I thought , since the total cost added to 300sek it couldn’t be more than double… I was hoping at least.And I really wanted to try this product( Cerave moisturizing baby lotion) for my face as I suffer from Rosacea ( so I’ve been told, but I believe I’ve just developed a super sensitivity with.. age, with all the crap they put in cosmetics, and possibly eating badly, and over exfoliating.I wanted a product with ceramides, without parabens, without glycol craps, without petroleum ( I’m not at all against paraffin etc, it’s just I wanted to try a product without so that it would absorb more into the skin) , without pure oil ( as having bought from marula to argan to carrot to pomegranate oil to , well you can understand , I’ve tried them all but they are too heavy for my skin , at least t zone. Raw coconut I still love in tinyyy amounts and usually added to another cream or on moist skin ) .Well.I worried for nothing ! It came 2 days earlier than stated and I had to pay nada, niente , nix extra!!My immediate thoughts ( I’m super skeptical ) were .. ahh it’s probably shipped from Europe instead….So, I checked the packaging and it was shipped from holy moses -Las Vegasss!! :-)Ok, first, how cool is that ? ( well I’ve never been to the States.easily impressed.:-) But it was shipped from The USA …and second it arrived 10 days after I ordered. 2 days earlier than stated.Third, the cost was withdrawn after till the shipment was confirmed ( super fair) and fourth I didn’t have to pay any extras.I’m sure it depends on the total cost amount , the type of product etc. But still.Wow . I never write reviews .I am so impressed Amazon.com!! Bravi !! And Grazie !!Ok , about Cerave moisturizing lotion.I tried it the first time last night.I take off my make up with some raw coconut oil . Grand – takes it all off . I’m not into wipes , I’m 44 and don’t want to pull my skin especially under my eyes and create more wrinkles .Then I remove the oil with a gentle non foaming cleanser such as Clinique balm or Sterisol ( it’s available in Sweden not sure anywhere else. But it’s verry soothing. Last time I tried Clinique’s balm it stung just a tiny weeny bit.. but I’m not sure it was the balm.. it has never really ever done so before .. I’ll have to test it again regularly before I purchase it again .I have bought Avene extreme tolerance rich, emulsion , mask etcwhich are very similar in composition( compare the ingredients list ) I actually use one of them at times as a cleanser to remove the oil , they strip a tiny bit at times ( less with the rich version) so I use some raw shea butter just around my eyes and mouth and hairline and that’s it . Not on the tzone.. let your natural oils moisten that.Ok so the Cerave.It soothed . Did not itch at all , but I was a little surprised that it felt a little tight around the hairline .This was exactly the same as the Avene extreme tolerance.So what does that mean ?I reckon I need a little more moisture and fats( ceramides) on those areas. I do see the Cerave as having more beneficial ingredients than the Avene . For sure.Niacinamide, Hyauronic acid , Cholesterol, ceramides etc. I mean I’ve been looking for such a product for 3/4 years?I have tried them all.I’ll have to test it further . But .I repeat.It soothes , redness goes down. I add a little shea butter around the drier areas and I’m fine.It feels good.One’s diet of course plays a role. But I wanted to try the best non- irritating creams and lotions possible to rule out everything else.And now I’ve managed to. And it’s diet next- feck ..:-/ :-)I took a risk and tried Amazon.com – thank you again for the opportunity !!It’s 5 stars for now.( I cross my heart I tell the truth and nothing but the truth 🙂 )Take care x

Soft and moisturizing
Now that my daughter is a little older, I decided to try out this CeraVe lotion. Her old lotion included a deep scent which was definitely not the one for her. I decided to try out an odorless one. Although there might not be a scent, the lotion is still very moisturizing and comfortable on her skin. It won’t damage any of her natural oils and keep her skin moisturized and healthy after baths. The size of this bottle was fit for a long time! It’s great for all parts of the body. Relieving the skin and creating a comfortable feel at night for my daughter.

Pediatrician recommended
My babies skin was dry and flaky so my ped recommended switching to this. We changed his shampoo and body wash to CeraVe too and noticed improvements within a week.

Gentle/Effective
We really enjoy this product and how light and gentle it is on our babies skin.Please not that not everyone will have the same experience as this is a review / opinion of the product. You may want to read the instructions / or warning labels. We asked our physician before using and tested it on the back of the babies hand to make sure that he was not allergic to it before applying to his body.The formula is light, non scented and creamy feeling. This has become a favorite after bath time routine.Love this product!

Baby loves it!
A lightweight formula that has helped us immensely with dry skin. The pump dispenses just the right amount and its a great addition to our diaper station. I even use some for my hands after sanitizing after diaper changes. It has little to no scent and is not greasy after application. I would 100% recommend to all my new mom friends.

Love this lotion!
So I get the adult kind for me and love it so thought I would get this for my baby. He had really dry skin from winter this stuff cleared it right up! Dry skin gone.
